OK, this is a first.  The app has worked fine up until now.  When I open mydlink View-NVR on either the iPad or iPhone all the screens are gray and I can't see anything...  When I log into mydlink lite i can see that each camera is operating and nothing is blocking the view.  Help!

I'm having problems with the FW on the NVR, I'm at home and don't have access. 
I'm using the latest version of the app, 1.06.03
IOS 11.2.1 iPhone & iPad are both up to date

Hi there.  I just looked on the device - It says:

H/W Ver a1
F/W Ver 1

I'm the only one who has access to it.  It just started doing this the other day.  Prior to that I could see all 4 cameras clearly.
