Please stop trying to reach Lycan and I about trying to swap your A1 unit for an A2. We only swapped a few so we can have a test bed of units that were experiencing the lock ups in different environments so we can send those units to the engineers.
Please go through normal support channels Like Tech Support if you feel your unit is defective.

Once again, we are not the Technical Support Department and we can't issue RMA's through forums. The few that did receive a replacement was a one time thing and people that submitted the requested info at the time got replacements.
We are still working on the remainder of issues in the DGL-4500. Once the engineers have the units they need we should be able to move forward from there.
