I’m an Outlook user and I have some specific soft for syncing with my iPhone 7. It works fine in my office where I have TPLink router. But it refuses to work within my home network where I have D-Link DIR-868L. I simply cannot sync Outlook calendar with my iPhone in the home network while I can easily do that in my office.I suppose the problem is in my home router because I have Windows 10 on both PCs and the same version of Akruto as well. I even went through the same syncing steps described on their official website:http://www.akruto.com/sync-iphone-with-outlookCould you please help me find a solution for this issue as I don’t want to buy a new router just to make my iPhone sync with Outlook calendar again. This is silly! Thanks in advance.
Are you syncing over the Internet or local network? If you have disabled UPnP on the router, you will need to open ports 443 and 54321 (port forward) to the IP address of your phone. If UPnP is enabled, you still may want to open the ports to see if that works. Is the 868L router connected to a regular modem or is it a modem router? Do you only have issues with Akruto?
