Stop working after updating the firmware on setup


Hello there.
I was installing the camera and it asked to update the firmware. I did it and canīt get it back to work. And there is no wire cable to do the setup again. Iīve tried to press the reset button several times for 20s, but the camera seems dead. Solid Red light all the time. I have called the support and the suggestion was to send it back to best buy. The problem is that I bought in US and now I am back to my country.

You should be able to contact Best Buy and ship it back to them. You'll need to contact Best Buy about this.
What region are you from?

I am from Sao Paulo Brazil. But this camera isnīt here, so Dlink Brazil cannot help. I am trying to get back to best buy. Thanks.
