Stop working after updating the firmware on setup

Hello there.
I was installing the camera and it asked to update the firmware. I did it and can´t get it back to work. And there is no wire cable to do the setup again. I´ve tried to press the reset button several times for 20s, but the camera seems dead. Solid Red light all the time. I have called the support and the suggestion was to send it back to best buy. The problem is that I bought in US and now I am back to my country.

You should be able to contact Best Buy and ship it back to them. You'll need to contact Best Buy about this.

I am from Sao Paulo Brazil. But this camera isn´t here, so Dlink Brazil cannot help. I am trying to get back to best buy. Thanks.
