And, is the problem solved? I have the exact same issue with my DCH-S160's after a firmware upgrade. Now already waiting for one and a half week for reply from the tech support, but now answer.

A long time has passed since last post... Could someone solve this problem?. I recently bought a motion sensor (DCH-S150) and a Siren (DCH-S220) and I have the same problem.


I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
