You might contact D-Link on the phone and ask for additional help on this...they should be able to help you configure this correctly...

I believe I had the same issue as you with my recently purchased 250N. I ended up downgrading to V2.01.

I don't think this could be related as the configuration needed maybe with in the UI and how it's configured. Downgrading maybe plausible however it's only avoiding a possible FW issue or a actual mis-configuration while using v2.11.
