shareport app has no remote access tab

I have the 860l router and just downloaded the shareport app, so I can get access to a USB-stick which is connected to the router. Via Wifi I have no problem but how do you get access via the internet (3G). According the setup guide there should be a 'remote access' tab. But there is not (downloaded vs It does has a tab MYDLINK ACCOUNT LOGIN which a filled in btw. But I'm unable to get access to the USB-stick via 3G. Is there a solution?

  • What Hardware version is your router? Look at sticker under the router case.
  • Link>What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on the routers web page under status.
  • What region are you located?
