Negative Review on Amazon
« on: July 16, 2009, 01:07:57 AM »

Can someone please answer the points raised by this reviewer:

http://www.amazon.com/review/R2LJODE99AZIG5/ref=cm_cr_rdp_perm

If the points are all invalid (as I suspect they are) can you reply directly on Amazon to ensure that future readers see the corrections.

Some of the points are accurate and some are simply false. If a drive fails the OLED has a drive display that will show what bay numbers drive has failed. Yes the device is not hot swappable if you need to add ir remove a drive you must power the unit down. And If you are creating a RAID5 volume only one can be created.
