Hi,
Since last software update on my two android devices I have the same message
" Video Stream Lost. The video stream from your device was lost. Please try again"
On cameras I have maxium version software. But with one version lower error was also the same.

Like I see on google store there is a lot of people that they have problem with live view on mobile devices
I have access to camera via web browser via mydlink
I also saw description of fixed bugs and on list was 942L camera

I realy like products od Dlink but now this two cameras are useless.
This is no problem with router or wifi settings becosue other things is still running and noone change anything. There was only software update on my android device to v 3.6.3 build 144 
And it doesn't metter that I try to connect to camera using LTE gsm or WIFI connection

please Solve this case professionally

  • What Hardware version is your DCS? Look at the sticker behind or under the camera.
  • Link>What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on the DCSs web page under status.
  • What region are you located?

What Mfr and model is the main host router?
What wireless modes are you using?

Are you remote or locally connected with the mobile devices when this happens?

This maybe a mydlink.com service issue as well so you might contact them to check on this.

Model No DCS-942L
H/W ver A4 , software version 1.26
Region Europe Poland

What Mfr and model is the main host router?
I don't undersand this question  Router model and name Cisco EPC3928S

What wireless modes are you using?
Wireless mode Infrastructure WPA2 PSK AES

There is the same message that I am connected  via remote or locally

And additional information when camera is connected via LAN and I would like to connect to them via android application message is the same
Vide Stream was lost .... try again
So I suppose that this is no wireless connection problem

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
