Hi.  New to the DLInk forum.  How do I post to a new switch model?   Have a question about upgrading DGS-3120 firmware, but don't see anywhere to post it.  Doing the upgrade, whether from console CLI or web interface, the download always times out with "Insufficient Memory".  Never seen this before.  This is A1 hardware.  Can someone please help?

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.

Hi.  Thanks for the quick reply!! 
Regional reps have changed over the past 15 years of working with D-Link equipment.  How do I find contact info for my current regional rep?  We are school district in Western Washington - Olympia area.
