Cant access live view and setup functions via IE11

Have latest versions of windows, IE and Java installed. When live view page opens I get a waiting box which never halts.
Tried the solution  posted for losing live view after updating to java 7 and that did not work. Functionality is available via IOS apps but cant get to settings this way..

What version of Windows are you using?
Does a prior version of windows work?

  • What Hardware version is your DNS? Look at the sticker behind or under the device.
  • Link>What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on the DNSs web page under status.
  • What region are you located?


What Mfr and model is the main host router?
Is the DNS getting a Dynamic IP address from the main host router? I recommend using a Static IP address ON the DNS set to 192.168.#.2 or .20.

Try Opera or FF? If IE 8, 9, 10 or 11, set compatibility mode and test again.
