Strange thing happened :
For a test I have put my PC on the Qos list with the highest priority.
No difference in speed, but other PC's got sluggy during a download.
So I removed the Qos entry again : suddenly my router was on full speed again.

I also remembered that I put an other laptop previous week on the Qos list. But that one mysteriously vanished from the list.
After that my router became slow.

My conclusion : there must be something terribly wrong with the Qos system. Do not use it !

What FW is currently loaded?
What ISP speeds do you have UP and Down that you pay for?
How did you have QoS configured?

Firmware is 2.03 (rev B)
My ISP speed is 200 Mpbs, but a fews days later after putting the notebook into Qos I discovered it dropped to 80 Mpbs. Up speed is 20 Mpbs.
In the new user interface for Rev. B, Qos is done by dragging a computer to one of the qos priority boxes (high, medium, low).
Or undo it by checking a delete cross.
I had dragged the notebook to the high priority box, but when I checked a few days later it was gone.

How about doing a factory reset, walk thru the set up wizard, then go directly into QoS set up the UP and Down speeds and save settings. IF this saves, go in and do a IP reservation on one test PC, save settings then put the one test pc in the high or highest section, save settings and reboot. Then test. I recommend wired lan cable connection for this test if you can.

This his how the qos settings look in the new interface :

You cannot set anything, except move a node to one of the priority settings.
I have tried a factory reset, but I got a result that I didn't understand : 145 Mbps. More than before, but less than required.

Ok, I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. Referenced this thread please. This needs to be looked at. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
Let us know how it goes please.

But I will try there "D-Link European Self Service Portal " later.
