Dir 826-L 5GHZ bad

my range on 5 GHZ is 4 feet...after that i lose signal

im in same room as router, just move backwards and lose signal.

any ideas why?

Does this happen with any other 5Ghz devices?
If so, I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. Ask for an RMA. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
