VIDEO STREAM LOST on iPhone

I just bought the DCS-932L   I first was able to see it on my iPhone.   Then I created the account to be able to see it from outside my wifi.   After being successful with online account, I have no problems to see it from my PC;  but whenever I try to see it from iPhone I get "video Stream Lost".   I then upgraded to the new firmware but still get the same results:  Ok from the PC, but "Video Stream Lost" from iPhone.  Any advise?  Thanks!
