Don't know. Each region handles there own FW developments.

Don't know why the EU hasn't done anything. They may not. I don't know. You might phone contact your regional office and ask them about this.

I suppose you could load the NA version if needed. I presume this is the last update for this model router as it's EOL.  :-\
