APP Problem

Good Morning, I have a problem with MyDLink App on Android (P9Lite), I am able to connect the device to my wireless network and I am able to see from my smartphone the login page of the plug. Anyway the app doesn't see the plug on my network and so i can't register and use it.
I reboot everything, i changed the adding method and the result is the same, I can see the device from my router, PC, mobile but the app is not able to see it.

Firmware 22.05

Could you help me?

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. There maybe a configuration or service issue with MyDlink or the app. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
