DCS930l Software Wizard won't install

I'm running WINXP and I cannot get the Software Wizard that comes with the Cloud camera to install on my CD-ROM, Drive D.  I get an I/0 network device error.  I know the CD drive  is working fine because it reads other CD's, so am wondering if there's a compatability issue with this software and Win XP?  Without the software, I can't set the camera up or get a mydlink account set up properly for remote viewing.  Any help appreciated.
