issue: can't playback recorded video

I just recently setup several DCS-932L cameras and and am recording the video feed on the DNR-202L.

I'm not able to view the recorded video on either the mydlink lite or mydlink + iOS apps.

In addition, I'm not able to playback the video on mydlink.com on my pc. I'm able to see the live feed, but upon going to the "playback" tab, I only see black boxes.

Please assist.

There is an icon that you need to click on the playback page just below the 4 black boxes. This will display a popup window allowing you to choose historical content to play back.
