When this is set in the web interface, does it still work if the cam is later offline ie shows a red X or simple the user cannot connect remotely (despite there being no red X)? I think the answer lies in whether the setting is programmed into the camera or the directions come from DLINKs server later. The reason I want to program a scheduled weekly reboot is I find the 942Ls to require it whereas none of my 5 series cams have this problem. This is a historical problem with the 9 series IMO.
