after a shutdown the NAS couldn't reboot (first blue led is blinking) ... I've put it in the fridge 5 min and after that It accepted to restart.

Any idea how to get the logs to see if there is a issue with the Nas itself, maybe a script that checks a temp value stored somewhere or if is linked to ffp or whatever ... ?

Do you mean factory state? Doing a reset on the DNS would do that. There a reset button in back?

Yes, any extra plug ins that were installed after the DNS was set up will be removed I believe.

Those are cool mods...

Anyway, I've decided to try to fix this issues with loudness in software manner...

Here is the script I use: https://github.com/momerkic/dns320-fan
...so if someone would like to give it try you're more than welcome :)

Regards
