I tried v1.08b04, but was unable to view Live Video via the Web UI due to the dreaded "ClassNotFountException" aplug.class. error (neither java nor activex modes worked) and had to go back to v1.05b8 to get that feature working again.
I have never been able to access the Motion Detection settings on any firmware, pc, or browser due to this same error.

Thanks for finding the upgrade.  This resolved my motion detection issue and Java.

I loaded 1.08b04 and try to set the admin password to 10 letters and it takes the password but can't login with it. It only takes the first 8 letters. I thought this has been fixed.

are you sure? I just tested with a 11 character password and it authenticated. I tried up to 17 characters

Oops. . . transcription error. There were no "bug fixes", just new functionality.
