Disable Traffic Shaping and QoS engine or manually select the UP and Download speeds. Select one value up from actual that you pay for.

What FW is currently loaded on the 645?
What ISP Modem make and model do you have?

I decided to stick it out for another few days with the 826 Furry, but i have a new issue in a new topic
