i have D-LINK DIR-619L 300M Wireless Modem Router. its language is Chinese. i want to change the language to English. how can i do it? can any one tel me pls!!!!!!

This router might have language drop down menu options or something about to change languages if you connect to the routers web page at 192.168.0.1. Then again, it might not support or have these options.
I would refer you to the user manual for this model router or contact your local regional DLink support office for assistance.
