Hi,

In order to use "Advanced DNS" (or OpenDNS) on my DIR-655, I would love a new feature to ensure URLs only contain DNS Names and not "IP Addresses".  This will ensure that the "Advanced DNS" (or OpenDNS) feature will get used.  I know this feature already exists on the Billion ADSL Modems, however, I can only use Cable Internet and anyway, D-Link routers are heaps better!

Would it be possible to add this feature?

Cheers,
Ledge.

I haven't yet found a place to report Forum issues here, but hopefully a Mod will read this.

You now have a section called "Apearance" with no posts in it.

It would really make a bigger impression on the General Poplace if you spelled the word correctly!

"Appearance" is the proper spelling in English...

I'm not a DGL user, but I'm sure that SecureSpot is now a dead issue since Cisco acquired it.  After the free month, I was innundated with junk from them and it screwed up my network.  I had to really work to delete their software.  The concept is nice, but the implementation was lousy.  If you want to manage a network, try Spiceworks, it's free.

I, for one am impatiently waiting for 64bit OS versions of software for Dview Cam!  The 32bit OS market is shrinking, and Vista64 and now Win7 64bit has arrived on many new laptops and desktops!

We've heard promises of it "being in the pipe", but just how long is this pipe?  Wink
