IGN Strategize Battlefield 3 beta survival guide on XBL looked grainy today.

Did anyone else notice that?

I loves me some Jessica Chobot but she and the whole video looked really grainy today.  Was it just me?  I tried 2 different routers including the 4500 so I'm hoping it's just the quality from XBL.

The laptop I've been primarily using during the day for the past 5 months is encrypted and 90%+ of the Internet is blocked. Social networking oriented graphics don't display. When was this fixed?
