TVTonic? Won't Update

Well, Active TV is sort of working. However, when I use TV Tonic, my selections do not update for streaming--I set them for auto update, and the PC based GUI says and shows they are all in place. Yet, when I stream the service, the subscribed-to locations do not reflect any updates.

Can you have the MediaMall folks offer an assist?
