Does the DSH-C310 support RTSP streaming or similar and if so what is the settings to use?

No, the DSH C310 does not support RTSP streaming. It is designed for use with Apple HomeKit and the Omna app only. If you're looking for broader compatibility, especially for uses like monitoring game day activity near Portsmouth FC or integrating with third party systems, you'll need a camera that supports RTSP or ONVIF protocols.
