FTP Server Test Test succeeded.
On the FTP page under Time Schedule, did you set it up as always, motion, or set a schedule? Are you getting any messages in the FTP log regarding the IP of the camera?

That is strange. Haven't seen that before...What FTP server software are you using?Just to make sure, but is the Enable uploading images to FTP server box checked? I know the camera may create folders usually by date. What file type did you select (overwrite, date, sequence)?
BTW.. is there a way to add a timestamp to the images?
