Hi,

I cannot get working zoom on my DCS 5222 LB1 camera ! Does anyone have any issue on that ?

What Hardware version is your DCS? Look at the sticker behind or under the camera.
Link>What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on the DCSs web page under status.
What region are you located?

What Mfr and model is the main host router?
What wireless modes are you using?

How are you trying to use the Zoom function? Mobile app or Web browser thru the cameras web page?

I'm on older firmware 5222lb1 and a few versions behind mobile android app ( 3.5 and above perhaps? ).

UnPinch to zoom works for me.
