I am not good at computer language and I have cognitive difficulties...that said I am trying to fix our Nook because for whatever reason it won't download books that we have purchased so they are paid for and sit in the Nook but can't be read...in trying to solve the problem I found I needed the password but we don't know it and need the IP address first...Help please...!!!
