Rewd Cast to Image

I just completed installing a 7010 and at first things seemed to work well but now when I access the camera the image has a very distinct red tint over the entire image. Sometimes I can get rid of it by removing the camera power and network connection (I'm using POE) and other times I can't.

Any help would be appreciated.
