I have the same problem but with DWA-547. It just stopped working and I got the same error message as mentioned above. If I uninstall the driver it will work until I restart the computer. I know the router is working because every other device is running just fine on it and I put the DWA-547 in another computer and it worked just fine so it must be a software issue.
