Kewl man.  ;) FYI, there is new FW for that model router too, however try it first out of the box before updating.

So it worked right out the box  ::) haven't tried Netflix yet I will give that go later

Ok, sounds like this is a possible issue with the 645. I'll be online later and or this weekend if you want to do some more testing. Let us know about netflix. How long have you had the 645 for?

Over 2 months ordered it 18 Jan 2012.
Well do about that netflix, sometime this weekend would be fine.

Update: Tested Netflix and it works great.

While the 2.4 Ghz signal isn't as good as the 645 it works for now.

Seems like there could be an issue with the 645.
I would recommend doing an RMA maybe.

I got my 645 yesterday and installed it. Pretty nice I might say.

I didn't turn ON QoS or set up any thing for XBL. I played for about 2 hours last night on MW3. Had a good time. Saw a few things with LAG, felt that was MW3 and others. Router did very nicely. I'm going to try with QoS enabled and see out it goes tonite.
