Turn off all anti virus and firewall programs on PC while testing. 3rd party firewalls are not generally needed when using routers as they are effective on blocking malicious inbound traffic.
Turn off all devices accept for one wired or wireless PC while testing.

Any other WiFi routers in the area? Use InSSIDer to find out.

Yes many others Wi-fi but I think found the solution I change the the channel from 6 to 11 and the ping is better now and the AP better fast but my question is that AP only works good in channel 11 ..??

How many is many?
Where seeing some users with DAPs and Routers are starting to see problems in WiFi congested areas. Having "Many" Wifi devices in a area is starting to show complications in that open channels are being used up and then over lapping wifi singles on the same channel and frequency is causing WiFi devices to not work well. This is a symptom of the environment and all the many devices in such a area.

This of it as a busy and noisy restaurant and everyone is talking at the same time, you find it hard to hear and or concentrate on who's talking at your table due to the noise in the back ground.  ::)
