 Do you have the BitTorrent application installed?
 My drives wouldn't stop either, i had 1 torrent that didn't finish, but was stopped and i forgot about it,  after deleting the torrent it stopped and works ok.
  just an idea.

Yeah I have Bittorent app installed, but nothing running.

I haven't switched back to 1.05 as of yet, but I will maybe this weekend to try some testing.
