ADS Groups not showing up

I am running a Windows 2003 domain with multiple WinServ2003 domain controllers.  I have setup the DNS-343 with the latest firmware and ADS add-on software.  I see all the users, and can setup access for folders per a singel user,  but there are no AD groups showing up.  I have created new groups and still nothing.  I am not sure what I am missing.  If anyone can possibly help me that would be wonderful!
