DGL-4300 Wireless Connection - No Internet connectivity
« on: December 18, 2010, 04:23:03 PM »

I have had my DGL-4300 working for three years or so.  I've been pretty happy with it.
firmware v1.9

Lately the wireless connection seems to be degrading - meaning less throughput for shorter distances.
The vexing problem is the wireless adapter seems to be losing connectivity to the Internet.
I'll get connection and IP pulled to my laptop but open a browser to GOOGLE and nothing loads.  Tried on several machines and IPhone so its seen on several platforms consistently.

The wired connection is apparently unaffected as there is no interruption to connectivity.
Nothing noticeable appears in the logs.
A reboot through the browser or from the powerstrip seems to refresh things for a period of time.

I hope this isn't "s*** happens -- time to buy another router" time. >:( >:(
Any ideas from anyone?
