Push Notifications Stopped Again on IOS

I've stopped getting push notifications from all cameras since morning of 1/11/18.  Email alerts still coming.  Assuming a server issue again?  Did all the usual, restart/reboot.  Called support (Canada) to report it.  Not aware of any issues but will test it out.  Anyone else?

What version of iOS? (They will ask). 

I will let tech support know.  I haven't heard of any issues in the US lately.

I told them, 11.2.1.  11.2.2 is out.  I may update and see if that helps.

Sorry, was resolved on their end a couple days later.

I told them, 11.2.1.  11.2.2 is out.  I may update and see if that helps.

mydlink Lite app had been running perfectly fine on my iPhone 7 when it was on iOS 10 however as today I have upgraded to the latest iOS 11.3 whenever I will now open the app it is only loading a blank screen on the start up and crashes itself after few seconds. Any idea how do I get it working again?

Try deleting the app from the phone, reboot the phone, then re-install.

May have to wait for an update to the app.

Push notifications stopped again yesterday on all cameras, IOS 11.2.6.  Did the usual, reboot cameras, reboot phone, turn off/on notifications. 
Same as two weeks ago.  Got a call from support then saying to delete the app and reinstall.  That fixed it on all phones.  Did that this time, no success. Obviously there's a bug with mydlink lite and ios that entered maybe in the last update 3.8.5?  Shouldn't have to delete the app to fix a problem.  Happening regularly now. 
I installed the new app mydink Home and it works, sending push notifications.  Are they migrating to this one?

Yes the mydlink app will be replacing the mydlink Lite app. There will still be support and updates for Lite for a while.
