Does anyone have any idea why I am getting a grayish colored Configuration Screen when I log into my Recorder?  It doesn't look like the screen I am seeing online that I should have and settings are missing.

• What Hardware version is your DNR? Look at the sticker behind or under the device.
• Link>What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on the DNRs web page under status.
• What region are you located?

What Mfr and model is the main host router?
What browser are you using?

Is this seen using the DNRs web page or thru mydlink.com?

Hardware Version: A2
Firmware: 2.05.01 (just upgraded)
Region: US
Router: Netgear Nighthawk X6 R8000
Browser: ie 11
I see it like this on all browsers when I access the Recorder through ip.

Try and clear the browser caches, exit the browser and the re-connect.

Still get the same configuration page.  What I am trying to do is set the events to record but I am not seeing what the videos online show.  If I am correct the Configuration page should look like the Configuration page to my camera.
Just like this:

If your accessing the DNR then you will only see the DNRs UI that connects to any camera and would only show some supported features for that selected particular camera.

I know you can set up some events for each camera that the DNR records from using the Scheduling feature on the DNR:

I presume Event Settings is what maybe your looking for. I don't know if the DNR supports what your looking for.

Seems there needs to be some clarification on this. I'll pass this onto D-Link for review. I also see some UI Test issues as well that needs to be looked at.
I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email. USA support and chat 24/7 as well.

This is my event settings screen.  It does not give me the selection to record.

This is the very exact thing I'm talking about.  So other people are experiencing the F/W going crazy.

The Firmware 2.0 and above revamped the screens to gray. Orange/White was 1.x.
