I went back and forth with support for the last couple of weeks. I just got off the phone with support yet again.  After going through the entire process again, supports response is the is it's a known issue with the DCS-932LB1 camera's and the engineers are working on it.  They have no idea when or IF this will get resolved.

I just tried returning the 2 new camera's I bought and I'm past the window of return.  I'm somewhat livid, that now I stuck with these cameras that can't work.

Support has totally failed here.

There is another MDL maintenance scheduled for this coming week. Might see if there does anything.

Unfortunately after trying the new firmware and going back and forth with support, there has been no success adding either the DCS-932L or DCS-932LB1 cameras.  Support keeps pushing on the maintenance issue as a fix, but after 6 months of dealing with it, I'm done with it.

I've given them ample time and opportunity to resolve the issue, but I'm moving on to different solutions.

Well if one user was able to get his camera going, might contact him via PM and see what he did to get his going. Seems like there is either a configuration issue or a set up issue that needs to be looked at.

Just one quick question - are you using a pretty long password or complicated one?

If so - can you try something simple without special characters? "abc123"    letters number only, under 12 characters.
