I don't know why but this morning it's working on 1 computeur and nothing on 2 others. The only difference is the antivirus. I tried to desactivate the antivirus but the problem still there.

If I try the snapshot button, I can see the picture of the snapshot!

In F-Secure Firewall settings, I have to uncheck the option (I'm sorry I have a french version) ''Ne pas autoriser les applications à télécharger des fichiers malveillants''.
