Video download from mydlink ?

I am able to view playback from my NVR-322L and can take snapshots.  Is it possible to download a video clip from mydlink?   I have not been able to find a 32-bit browser which will allow the 322L software to work on a Windows 10 or 7 computer.  (I have installed the updated 2019 certificate.)

Have you tried IE11 x32 in Windows 10 or 7.
Last FireFox version to work that I know of was v52.9 x32 ESR edition that fully supported plug-ins.
