Hardware version :U1
Firmware version :ME_1.09

NEED LAST Firmware version.

  • What region are you located?

From what I can tell, you have the lated version of FW for this HW version of Modem. You'll need to phone contact your regional D-Link support office and inquired to see if there is anything newer then that.

I recive "GAN9.9T113A-B-DL-DSL2750U-R5B0024-Dubai.EN_2T2R_update.img" .
Is it ok?

If you phone contacted your regional D-Link support office already and that what they gave you, then I guess that should work. You might do a factory reset of the modem first, use IE or FF only to send the file. Then factory reset once more and then set up the modem from scratch. Please be WIRED LAN to the modem for this process. No wireless.

I have the same router DSL2750U (hw: u1, fw: me_1.09). Official EMEA support site has firmware for hw: c1 only. I writed request letters to emea support to their email and through site form. I even writed to jaber1361.
Absolutely no answers. Why not to add hw:u1 firmware to official emea site??? I can't find latest firmware for my router((( Didn't tried to call to Dubai - my english is bad(

PS. I'll think twice before purchasing any d-link stuff in the future.

You need to phone contact your regional D-Link support office for more immediate response and help and information. I don't recommend using email.

I also need the  firmware for 2750U Hardware version U1. Need this as i am switching ISP and they provide a direct ethernet cable RJ45

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
