I have a dcs 930l camera (2) and dlink dir 615 router.
Have two computers, one on wireless connection and on on Ethernet connection.

The Computer on the wireless connection can access the video on both dcs 930's via Mydlink.
The computer on the Ethernet connection accesses MyDlink but the video never loads.
I have disabled the Firewall on the computer connected via Ethernet but still no video.
Mydlink screen never get past the "Installing Java Applet".
Java is loaded on the computer.

First, to eliminate your network as the potential issue, connect your wireless PC to the same network port as the wired PC that isn't working and see if you can still access video on both DCS-932Ls.

Secondly, are the two PCs using the same operating system and same browsers? (Windows? IE? FF?).

The PC that does not access the video (but it has in the past) is Windows 7 Home Premium, 32 bit, the pc that can access the video is same operating system, 64 bit.

I will try you suggestion of connecting the wireless via ethernet on the router to see if it can still access.  The will have to wait a day or two as it involves a physical moving one pc from one floor to the other.

Will get back after trying this.

Before you start moving PCs around (I thought you were dealing with a laptop). . . lets try a few things.

What browser are you using on the non-working PC? You should try both IE and Firefox.

I also have a laptop, netbook. Connected it to the wireless network and could access the video via Mydlink.
Then connected netbook to router via ethernet, like the computer that cannot get the video, and again it DID get the video.

Must be something unique to the computer but I have not idea what.
Suggestions?

So I'm reading you correctly: your netbook received video via mydlink using wireless, then when you changed to a wired connection, the video stopped working. Switching back to wireless corrects the problem?

Another test: can you access the web interface (http://[CAMERA_IP_ADDRESS]/) using the wired and wireless connections? Can you view live video through the web interface?  (LIVE VIDEO tab).

No, sorry for confusion.
The Netbook  received video when using the wireless connection, then connected via wire connection and it still received video.

Also, I can access the camera via web interface by going direct to camera, both wire and wireless on all three computers.

Okay, so this issue is limited to one PC. Did you try alternate browsers yet? The mydlink site has undergone some substantial updates/revisions recently, and Sun recently updated Java, so there's the possibility of some browser issue.

I tried both Google Chrome and Internet Explorer.  They log into Mydlink, page showing "installing java applet" comes up and little loading circle works for awhile and then get hung up and browser is frozen.  That is for both Google Chrome and Internet Explorer.  When use Firefox it log into to Mydlink and page showing "installing java applet" comes up and little loading circle never freezes but never get video.

My thinking here is that there is a web component common to all three browsers, and that would be Java. You might want to go to Sun and see if there are any updates.

Good idea.
I uninstalled Java and then re-installed and now all works.
Thanks for your assistance, very helpful.  You accompolished in a few post what Dlink tech service hasn't been able to do over many days and lot of time on the phone with them.

I'm glad everything is working for you. There have been a number of browser issues related to recent changes in Java.
