B&W screen

Why has my unit changed to provide a black  white output instead of colour?
Pretty sure it isn't a TV fault, have reset to factory settings and still the same!!

Try swapping out the HDMI cable.

Not using HDMI, using cable supplied into SCART.

Could still be a bad cable.  Try to swap out with a spare if you have one.
(Looks like you're having a string of bad luck with this new unit!)

Tried it on another TV last night, and was in colour, reverted back to original TV tonight, also colour, must have been faulty connection of cable/scart....phew!
