Link>Welcome!

  • What region are you located?

What Mfr model router is the DCH connected too?
Have you factory reset the DCH and set up from scratch?
How long have you had the DCH?
What is the distance between the DCH and the main host router?
Any other wifi neighbors near by? If so, how many?

Contact tech support in your region. This product is not sold in the US so users of the US forums may not be able to help you.
