DNR 322L NOT CONNECTED

Please help me, My NVR showing... Live streaming server con not be connected. i am unable to view my playback and live streaming

Has the DNR been powered OFF for 1 minute then back on?
Can you access the DNRs web page with a PC and it's IP address?
Is the DNR getting a IP address from the router?

I can ping the DNR IP address, I can login to it but if i want to do live view it will show LIVE STREAMING SERVER CAN NOT BE CONNECTED, The something happen if i want to do playback

Is anything on the DNR been configured or changed lately?
Do other PCs exhibit this same problem?
Try a power OFF of the DNR for 30 seconds then back on.
Last resort you might do a factory reset and set up from scratch...
