App or Device fault

Hi all
I have MyDlinkHome APP at version 3.0.1, No device added.
New device DSP-W215
I connect the device with the WSP procedure, than I press CONTINUE in the cofnigration screen on my mobile, the system recognize the device
than the system ask me TIMEZONE, after ask me the Name of the device, then, when I press on continue, the APP after a 3-4 seconds, shut down, then restart and the device is not added  :-\

any ideas ?

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email or FB> https://www.facebook.com/mydlink?fref=ts.

No answer in Facebook...
I have REposted my question yesterday. I'm still waiting for an answer (this answer) posted 1 month ago !!!!

No customer satisfaction in my case.

Just bought one device and I have the exact same problem.
Do I have to return the junk?

Sweden.
Phone: Samsung Galaxy grand 2
OS: Android 4.3

Just tried with my tablet which is a Samsung Galaxy Tab S with Android 5.0.2 and it works.

Edit: Now when the device was added from the tablet it shows up and works on the phone.
