Pan/Tilt Response Time

What response time are pan/tilt Cloud camera owners observing using the pan/tilt functionality from any of the mydlink mobile apps?

I am seeing an approximate 10-12 second delay using pan and tilt functions on mydlink+ (Android tablet) and mydlink Lite (iPhone) with the DCS-5010L.

Update: Following a factory reset, the pan/tilt response time for my DCS-5010L increased to 1-3 seconds, which is a marked increase (for the better!) over what I was previously observing.
